Complex of buildings designed by two firmsDevelopment of the complex was the first phase in the development of offices in the prestigious 'Kop van Zuid' area of Rotterdam, in 1996. This group of buildings has law ofices and various legal and govertnmental facilities.The tall square arch punched in the red brick wall/building provides a frame for the new tram and metro station north across the street. Maastoren is just to the east of this complex (visible in two pictures in the bottom row) while Luxor Theater is across the street to the west. | ||
