Views from the quadrangle side

Here the red tile roof and the light colored concrete acknowledge the historic buildings on the quadrangle by Henry Hornbostel. The sculptural form, thin pilotis, and tall rounded "steeple" allude to Le Corbusier. (See, for example, the Chapel of Notre Dame du Haut at Ronchamps France.)
 
Although this is a sculptural building, it seems less "brutalist" than his more famous Yale Art and Architecture Building or the State Health, Education and Welfare Services Center in Boston.
 

The barrel-vaulted entrance and the lower entrance on the quadrangle side

The building houses office and meeting rooms as well as the chapel.
