Luxor Theater

Bolles+Wilson
1996-2001

This theater at the main intersection of Kop van Zuid was designed by the Australian architect Peter Wilson.

The building, primarily in a striking red, can accommodate about 1500 audience members. Like many buildings in Rotterdam, it has an exotic name which emphasizes the cosmopolitan ambience of this great city.
