Some housing clusters are arranged around courtyards rather than linear streets. Even though windows are generally standardized in these condos, Legorreta's preference for varied fenestration is still evident.
 

Arrangements of condos take advantage of the sloping sites

 

Varied colors--main surfaces in terra cotta or rich tomato reds and garage interiors in purple and deep red
