Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health--page 2 (of six pages): from the east

Frank Gehry
2009

From the east showing the two separate wings and the dramatic trellis-covered courtyard between them

These views show the two separate wings of the complex with the so-called "trellis," a stainless steel lattice structure with rectangular openings that shades the courtyard connecting the two wings. The event center is to the south while the medical facility is to the north. This facility is more traditional in form--a four-story block in white plaster and glass which houses office space, patient rooms, and research space. See page 5 for more views of this building.
