Residential Tower

H. F Kollhoff and Rapp & Rapp
2000-2008

Near the Central Library and the recently opened Markthal, this residential tower replaced a demolished concrete tower built during the 1970s. The original octagonal plan of the earlier high-rise was used for the ground floor of the new tower, although the upper floors with bay windows are cantilevered out into the public space.
