Veterans Memorial Auditorium

Taliesin Associates (senior architect: William Wesley Peters and Associate, Aaron Green)
1972

Frank Lloyd Wright died even before the groundbreaking ceremony of the Marin County Civic Center. His work was completed by Taliesin architects. This auditorium was completed about fifteen years after the first commission was accepted. The Auditorium, however, echoes details of the neighboring Civic Center, especially in its curvilinear forms and the roof design.

Other works by on this site by Wright include: Peter A. Beachy House, Falling Water, Arthur Heurtley House, E. R. Hills House, Marin County Civic Center, Marin County Post Office, V. C. Morris Store, Nathan G. Moore House and Stable, Robie House, Frank Thomas House, and the Wright House and Studio.
