The bank wrapped around the corner siteCelebration, this planned community developed by The Walt Disney Company, has a Pleasantville aura. Like the movie, set in the 1950's, this bank has a kind of retro look, typical of the architecture of Venturi Scott Brown, who often borrow from pop art and/or the vernacular. Color is also common in their architecture. See the striped columns in the Reedy Creek Emergency Services Headquarters in nearby Lake Buena Vista, Florida. | |
