This 20-story skyscraper (320 feet) received a 1997 AIACC Special Award for retaining its central form and character. Not only is it a striking example of the International style (with its shimmering glass curtain wall), but it was innovative in separating the service portions in an opaque cube from the offices, which are sheathed in a green-tinted curtain wall.
