The city hall plan is a triangle with the hypotenuse as the front. A semi-circular porch is embodied within the triangle on the front.

 

The glass curtain wall of the semi-circle is the real entrance into the building. It was designed to reflect the old courthouse.
 

The back and the angle of the triangle at the end of the front with Indiana limestone as the base
