Skyscraper with 22 floors above ground

Named after biblical scholar Willem C. van Unnik, it was the tallest high-rise building in the City of Utrecht between 1969 and 1977 when it was surpassed by Ensemble Westraven, another design of Lucas & Niemeijer.
