The large lobby interior has a skylighted atrium with bridges connecting gallery areas and a slowly moving Calder mobile. Some critics object to the large amount of space devoted to public milling and meeting contrasted with the small amount devoted to gallery exhibition space. A related question: is the building or the art it contains the main attraction? |
