Jay Pritzker Pavilion, Millennium Park

Frank Gehry
2004

Located at the east side of Millennium Park, the lawn and pavilion occupy about half of the park. This outdoor concert area is about 95,000 square feet with 4,000 fixed seats and additional capacity with 7000 on the lawn. The pavilion stands 120-feet high, with a billowing forms framing the proscenium opening and connecting to an overhead trellis of pipes that define the lawn seating area.
