Setbacks occur on the north and south side; from these sides, the building appears as an International Style slab. From the east and west, however, the building appears as a stepped tower. The whole is covered with continuous bands of blue-green terra cotta brick.

Groups of four windows are separated by painted green metal strips while windows on each floor are separated by continuous courses of blue-green terra cotta brick.
