The cinema is defined as a public space, which by its location contributes to the urban community. According to the architects, it is formulated as the urban connection between Pragerplatz and St. Petersburger Strasse. In addition, a large interior mall, Galerie is a short distance away on Pragerstrasse. Pedestrian traffic can go through the building between Pragerstrassee and St. Petersburger Strasse.

There are two connected buildings, the cinema block which contains eight cinemas and seating for 2600, and the Crystal, the dramatic entrance and foyer for the cinemas. The Cinema block is parallel to St. Petersburger Strasse while the Crystal opens northwest in the direction of the shopping area.
