St. Martin, Ludgate Hill

The west front This church on the north side of Ludgate Hill has a rather plain facade with (originally) three portals. However, the interior has outstanding woodwork. The entrance is under the square bell tower which is joined with the facade by volutes and terminates in a sharp needle-like spire.
