All Saints Camden Town

William Inwood and H. W. Inwood
1822-24

The front with a curved portico with Ionic columns

Designed somewhat later than St. Pancras, this church is also characteristic of the Greek Revival style. Although it has a round portico with Ionic columns and decorative details from Greek architecture, it also employs the traditional British style---a portico with lantern. This skyline identity is common in churches by Wren, Gibbs and other important English practitioners of church architecture.
