Release history: (September 12, 2018) Limited release (for my students only)
(October) Publically posted as a "beta" version. Included a link to PHPSimplex.com (for comparison purposes).
(December 7, 2018) Corrected a bug that resulted in sometimes choosing the wrong pivot. Added a link to the simplex algorithm page at AtoZmath.com (which, like this page, and unlike PHPsimplex, uses the "big M" method for dealing with artificial variables). Changed to automatically produce all tableaux (instead of one step at a time). Added option to hide/show artificial variable columns in the tableaux.

TODO: Instructions. Examples. Option to do either two-phase or big-M method. Options to rearrange the structure of the tableau (e.g. group artificial variables together).
