- For those who want a quick overview, Brooks-Cole has mounted a nifty hypertext timeline called "The Story of Chemistry". They have the same taste in art as I do.

- The CHEM-HIST E-mail list is devoted to the history of chemistry.
- Horus Gets In Gear is a collection of links for historians. It includes links on the history of science and technology.
- The ACS
Division of the History of Chemistry publishes the
Bulletin for the History of Chemistry.
- The definitive website on
alchemy.
- Present-day
resources (books, web sites, etc, etc) on alchemy.
- This website allows download of The Alchemy Key, 7th Ed. as a series of PDF files. While I haven't read the text, it is a history of alchemy and discusses much alchemical mysticism.
- Isis, the
quarterly peer-reviewed journal of the
History of Science Society. The Society also publishes an annual
journal,
Osiris, which is devoted to the history of science and its
cultural influences.
- Ambix,
the peer-reviewed journal of the Society for the History of Alchemy
and Chemistry.
- The Chemical Heritage
Foundation, which publishes
Chemical Heritage. Individual subscriptions are free to
residents of the United States.
- Carmen Giunta's
