Kunsthal--page 1 (of two pages)

Rem Koolhaas/OMA
1992

In the Museumpark neighborhood, this cultural center was planned as a place for temporary exhibitions, that weren't accommodated at other venues. The Kunsthal has 3300 square meters of exhibition space in several galleries so there is much flexibility. In addition the museum has an auditorium and a restaurant.

An open-air pedestrian pathway runs through the Kunsthal along the north-south axis. (More views of this ramp on page 2.) This building entrance directs visitors into the restaurant.
