Light-filled stairwells According to Michael Graves' web site, "New north-south gallery passages and stairs improve visitor experience by creating a legible circulation system, one of the goals of the renovation. The circulation spine and re-organization of adjacent galleries allow the Museum to exhibit its collections in ways that foster connections among cultures."
