The Central Plaza with Structures VIII, IX, X

Structure VIII

On the east side of the plaza (see map), this structure is similar to Structure I, with twin towers and a wide stairway ascending to an entrance with a now ruined monster mask.
 

Structure IX

This huge pyramid on the north side of the Central Plaza is the tallest building at Becán.
 

Structure X

This temple and residence contains twelve rooms on the top and lower levels, stone mosaic details, and the remains of an elaborate roof comb. (See below.)
