Prime location on the banks of the River Elbe

This elongated building may suggest the flow of the river on the opposite (northern) side but the transparent walls, extensive use of glass, and sense of lightweight frames--all modern and efficient looking, contrast strikingly with the style of its neighbors in the Old City where the fire-bombed Baroque buildings have been rebuilt with reproductive accuracy. The facility has halls and rooms over four levels and can accommodate up to 6,000 visitors.

The expansive southern facade with left: west end and Right: the Entrance

Steps under the porch lead to the foyer, where breath-taking views of the river are available.
