| This striking building was designed for mixed uses. In part it houses the administrative offices for the Cologne-based WDR (Westdeutscher Rundfunk), the West German broadcasting corporation. But it also houses a post office, other offices, and a variety of stores--like a shopping mall, including clothing stores, a jewelery store and a bistro.
