This tall wall, about 60 feet, is composed of thin slabs of concrete with pieces of cut-out marble. These lamellas, or thin plates, (what the Verlag guide calls them) are illusionistic since by their angles, they seem to shift in direction. They partially hide the entrance, which is in the area where they appear to come together. They form a small entranceway leading to a small entrance. Up close one can within since a glass wall is behind the prefabricated concrete supports; this is clearly evident in the photo to the right. This plate-like structure continues around the far side.
