The cruciform-shaped Capilla de Jesús Nazareno

This large chapel, built between 1693-1706, is roofed with an octagonal dome, covered in colorful tiles.
 

Entrance portal with eccentric classical elements: fluted columns with double capitals, fluted pilasters with over-sized ionic capitals, angels in the spandrels, and floral friezes

 
 
 

Decorative "rusticated" lower wall with carved star burst designs in the masonry blocks and a sun motif carved on the corner plinths
